ShARE actively advocates the adoption of the “Do Well Do Good” system. A system which is more balanced and combines economic performance and societal progress. It is on its mission to grow a new generation of leaders who will DO Well and Do Good while at the same time, it is advising companies, institutions and governments to do the same.
CSR is based on the idea that a company should play a positive role in the community and consider the environmental and social impact of their business decisions. CSR encompasses various characteristics like economic dependence, legal conformity, ethical requirements and social influences.

P&G through its CSR initiative, ‘P&G Shiksha’ is working tirelessly to bridge the Invisible Gap in order to address glooming lack of confidence among children in an educational setting. They launched their campaign "Bridging the #invisiblegap " which provides children from underprivileged backgrounds access to holistic education and the best infrastructure to make learning effortless and practical.
TATA, is working towards a healthier India through its CSR initiative “Aarogya: Building and Strengthening Healthcare Facilities”. The Company is focusing on maternal and child health and has tied up with nutrition rehabilitation centers across India to raise awareness on the health of children, pregnant women and lactating mothers. Its main projects include kitchen garden, leprosy, project comal and many more.
